The dinner buffet at our hotel is the 'Forest and Water Festival' with the image of Oirase-keiryu It shows off various colors and serves 80 kinds of dishes that are visually appealing. The dinner is Japanese food using the fresh food ingredients of Aomori. Steamed with Hakoda cows raised on Hakoda ranches along with local organic vegetables and Aomori Hiba chips.
